How Richmond American Builds a Home
In addition to helping people find a home, Richmond American Homes also helps build homes from the ground up for customers. The process of creating a new home begins in the Sales Center, where clients can build their dream home from the ground up. Here ground sites, floor plans, and external structural designs are chosen by the client to serve as the foundation of their home design.
From there, clients schedule an appointment at one of Richmond American’s Home Galleries, which allows future homeowners to design their home from the inside out with a walking tour of the design center. Every aspect of the home’s design, from flooring to paint finishes, is available for clients to select, and clients can even bring their own samples and suggestions to Gallery appointments. Clients at the Home Gallery are aided by a complimentary design consultant who helps clients decide on the best designs based on their preferences and budget. Once a design has been settled on, the process of making the client’s American Dream into a reality can begin.
