KB Home uses the trademarked Built to Order system designed to take the stress and confusion out of building a home. Each step of the process is marked by clear quality checkpoints that we must meet before we move on. This allows clients to understand and participate in the process of creating their dream home. 

We begin with an online process to help clients decide on the location, lot, and floorplan of their future home. This lets the client design their home down to the foundations while avoiding the cost and hassle of remodeling a standing structure. Next, the KB Home Design studio pairs clients up with professional and personal consultants to help them pick the best interior design for their home, including appliances. Once construction begins, regular walkthroughs and milestone messages keep the client informed about our progress on their dream home. 

Once a client has settled into their dream home, we offer extra services and programs such as insurance and titles to ensure that our client can not only settle into their new home but stay there. We also offer a 10-year limited warranty to secure both the new house and our clients’ peace of mind (please see the KB Home Limited Warranty for full details).
