There are Realtors and then there is Michael! Micheal did a great job of selling our house. We had our first offer in 24 hours. Held a Open House the following weekend and sold it that weekend. It was like he lived at the house. Where to start?? Hmmm relocated here from TX and had no idea where to look as we had not had a good experience with the agents our relocation company set us up with. We began our search on our own and came across Mike while inquiring about one of his listings he promptly responded and put us in touch with his team member Melissa as she represents buyers. I expressed our needs and expectations and was quickly put at ease as Melissa has lived in the area most of her life and was extremely knowledgeable in ratings of local schools which was at the top of our list. She later got in touch with our relocation company and was relocation certified in no time. Needless to say we flew in Sunday and she was ready to start our home search Monday morning. Long story short we saw over forty homes in one week and made an offer by following week as we were in a hurry to purchase.
